Barefoot Stoves are an independent family business based in Farnham, Surrey providing the supply and installation of wood-burning and multi-fuel stoves; fireplaces and chimney sweeps and maintenance.

Founded in 2012 by Don Lendrum, Barefoot Stoves has grown into a reputable business, providing a unique quality level of service to the people of Farnham and the surrounding areas. Working closely with home-owners and developers, Don has continued to build relationships with new and repeat customers with yearly chimney sweeps and he is at his happiest providing stove and chimney advice when needed.

Originally from the small village of Abernethy, near Perth in Scotland, Don now lives in Farnham with his wife, Lou and 2 daughters Rosie & Isla. With a background in Marine Engineering, Don learnt valuable skills, with an excellent eye for detail and creating bespoke projects. He is HETAS certified and fully insured to complete twin wall and masonry chimney, stove and fire installations. Don is extremely knowledgable and loves to help customers create their stove home masterpieces.

In his spare time, Don is an avid mountain biker and enjoys paddle boarding, wind surfing and country walks with his family. He has also been known to pop out a tune or two on the bagpipes!
